A propos du poste

• Notre équipe Business Process Management & Improvements fait partie du département Group Transformation Office. Elle se concentre sur la transformation et l’amélioration continue des processus End to End de Solvay, en collaboration avec les équipes informatiques, le nouveau programme ERP et nos fonctions.

• En tant que stagiaire en Gestion des Processus Métier, vous participerez à la mise en place du nouvel outil de gestion des processus métier et à la formation des utilisateurs. Vous pourrez également aider les analystes de la fonction à cartographier, analyser et optimiser les processus existants, jouant ainsi un rôle clé dans la transformation de Solvay.

• Vous serez responsable de :

• Cartographier les processus métiers à l’aide d’un outil de modélisation, en collaboration avec les fonctions métiers.

• Fournir une formation aux principales parties prenantes.

• Rédiger une documentation claire et concise.

• Créer une documentation de formation

• Soutenir les fonctions dans la conception de leurs processus standard cibles

• Participer à l’identification des goulots d’étranglement et des opportunités d’amélioration.

• Participer à la mise en œuvre des améliorations.

• Proposer des solutions innovantes pour optimiser les processus.

• Nous proposons un stage de 6 à 12 mois basé sur notre site de Lisbonne ou Lyon.

A propos de vous

• Formation et diplôme (Bac+4/5) ou équivalent en école d’ingénieur ou de commerce spécialisation en communication, conception web ou contenu numérique .

• Compétences:

• Anglais écrit et oral

• Bonne compréhension des principes de la gestion des processus métiers et une connaissance des outils de modélisation (BPMN, Aris, etc.)

• a l’aise avec les outils informatiques et avez une bonne capacité d’analyse et de synthèse

• Qualités:

• Rigoureux

• Organisé

• Esprit d’équipe

About the role

• Our Business Process Management & Improvements team is integrated within the Group Transformation Office department, and focuses on the transformation and continuous improvement of Solvay’s End to End processes, in collaboration with IT teams, new ERP program and our business functions.

• As a Business Process Management Intern, you will support on setting up the new business process management tool and Training the population in using the tool. You may also support the functions on mapping, analyzing, and optimizing existing processes as a key part of Solvay’s transformation.

• You will be responsible for:

• Mapping business processes using a modeling tool in collaboration with the business functions.

• Provide training to key stakeholders.

• Writing clear and concise documentation.

• Build training documentation

• Support the functions in designing their targeted standard processes

• Participating in the identification of bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.

• Participating in the implementation of improvements.

• Proposing innovative solutions to optimize processes.

• We offer a 6-12 month internship based at our site in Lisbon.

About you

• Relevant education degree (Bac+4/5) or equivalent in engineering or business school, with a specialization in communication, web design or digital content.

• Competencies:

• Written and verbal communication in english

• Good understanding of business process management principles and of modeling tools (BPMN, Aris, etc.)

• Comfortable with IT tools and have good analytical and synthesis skills
