What You Will Be Doing

  • Collaborate with game development teams to uncover insights into user behaviour and address critical business inquiries, transforming extensive data into actionable conclusions and valuable learnings
  • Present your analysis findings to senior leaders, offering data-driven recommendations that inform key decision-making
  • Develop and evaluate A/B tests and conduct causal impact analyses to gauge the effects of new features and modifications
  • Consistently educate stakeholders on data literacy and best practices in analytics, empowering them to conduct accurate and insightful analyses independently

What You Will Need to Succeed in This Role

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering)
  • Be a collaborative team player
  • Proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis
  • Experience with A/B testing methodologies
  • 3-4 years of experience utilizing analytics to address business queries and unearth valuable insights
  • Familiar with Bayesian statistics is advantageous
  • Skilled in creating dashboards tools like Tableau or Looker
  • Proficient in designing and evaluating randomized experiments
  • Pragmatic mindset with the ability to balance immediate and long-term goals effectively
