RESPONSIBILITIES

Your main focus:

-Developing and maintaining a solid, long-term relationship with assigned customers
-Owning responsibility for results delivery in line with the company targets
-Owning P&L of assigned customers to improve the Gross – to – Net results
-Very

deep understanding of the business and assigned customer
-Leading annual negotiations with dedicated customers including yearly business plan
-Strategic planning to improve customers results
-Implementing strategic company priorities in cooperation with assigned customers
-Anticipating customers changes and improvements
-Analyzing customers data to provide better results
-Effectively collaborating in a multifunctional environment: daily cooperation with Marketing, Customer Marketing, Customer Service, Finance, Demand Planning and Supply Chain departments
-Managing, developing and motivating dedicated team

YOU ARE A COTY FIT

You like to communicate and build relationship with customers, you have strong analytical and negotiation skills as an experienced Sales Manager.

Other than that, you have:

-6 years of experience in Key Account Management / Sales / Customer Marketing
-3 years of professional experience in people management
-Highly developed negotiation and analytical skills
-Ability of multitasking, prioritization, effective time management
-Well-developed independence and ability to make decisions
-Proactivity and self-starter attitude
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
-Team player and business driver attitude
-Fluency in Polish and English
