Thesis opportunity: 
1) Building Empathy with Our Users on Shopfloor in Product Supply
Case Description: This project aims to investigate users and their user journeys to create actionable insights for Product Supply. Currently, we do not have an overview of the different user profiles/personas on the shopfloor, and hence no in-depth understanding of their user journey.
Project Objectives:
•    Collect existing data and create an overview
•    Identify patterns and correlations in the dataset
•    Understand which insights are missing
•    Plan and conduct research to gather missing insights
•    Present insights and make them actionable for key stakeholders, including Business Owners and Product Managers
Expected Benefits:
•    Better understanding of our users
•    Input to innovation and further exploration of use cases rooted in user pains and risks
Key Challenges:
•    Understand our user profiles and present them in Personas
•    Understand user journey – including pains, risks, etc
•    Create actionable insights on each user group/segment
•    Build structure for optimal Content management

2) Problem Exploration of CCTV/AI Initiatives in Product Supply
Case Description: This project will explore the potential for using AI as part of the CCTV (closed-circuit television) from a user perspective. It aims to investigate user needs and behaviors in relation to the use of CCTV in a production environment.
Project Objectives:
•    Plan and conduct UX research to identify user needs and pain points
•    Develop a deep understanding of the users of CCTV
•    Generate and present actionable insights for the AiNOMALY use case for key stakeholders, including Business Owners and Product Managers
•    Identify user needs
•    Develop user profiles and present them in Personas
•    Develop as-is and to-be user journey(s) – including pains, risks, etc
•    Propose actionable insights based on the user research
•    Develop design/solution proposals
Key Challenges:
