Location: in our offices in Milan, on a hybrid working schedule (3 days in the office and 2 day working from home per week).

About the role:

At Boston Scientific, the Finance Planning Analyst (FP&A) for New Cardio EMEA will support the Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to achieve overall goals and objectives through effective planning, analysis, and reporting activities. This includes variance, comparative, and trend analysis, participation in TOP2.0 calls, and support for optimization of consignment stock. The role also entails understanding and reporting the implications of Sinbad\GEM, connecting demand planning, FP&A, and Sales teams, and improving volume forecast accuracy.

Your Responsibilities will include:

-Provide EHQ support on Forecast and Annual Operating Plan, including building presentation decks on OCOGS trends and identifying areas for improvement by country.
-Create stable and trustworthy reporting on CapEx, including services, rentals, and sales programs, in collaboration with the NC Business Development Manager Capital Equipment Cardiology and C&CE team.
-Develop Ad-Hoc reports as per business needs.

What are we looking for in you?

-Graduated in a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, ADE, or similar studies.
-Previous experiences (6 months/1 year) within a multinational matrix environment, in the finance management or finance analysis area.
-Strong Excel knowledge.
-Fluency in English (level B2 or higher).
-Analytical and good knowledge of basic financial concepts.
-Strong communication skills.
-Ability to work within a team in a matrix environment.
-Proactivity and eagerness to make proposals.
