Job description
For an important Oil&Gas project, we are looking for a Project Document Manager:Location: ParisDuration: October to April 2025 ( possible further extension)RequirementsDemonstrate technical knowledge, relevant to the profile, on offshore and onshore oil & gas plants, process plants in all typical phases of a development project (engineering, procurement, fabrication/construction, installation, commissioning).– Good proficiency in written and spoken English.– Knowledge of project documentation management processes and implementation of related approval workflows.– Knowledge of document management specifications and related IT tools.– Management of project management and technical documentation and ability to interface with the multidisciplinary project team.– Knowledge and management of collaborative sites and environments for storing and sharing documentation.– Reporting management including the preparation of the same.– Knowledge and management of coordination procedures.– Experience in the analysis and development of micro-business processes, possibly supported by databases, for the management of documentation and associated reporting.– Experience in the development and implementation of functional specifications and/or applications for document management.– Knowledge of the entire package of multidisciplinary specifications with particular reference to document management.– Knowledge of project documentation approval cycle management systems (EDMS).– Ability to manage meetings with the project team, contractors, suppliers, and any other stakeholders regarding document management (KoM, training, clarification meetings, etc.).#LI-FZ1
