The primary focus is to optimise efficiency and drive revenue growth by developing and implementing business strategies to increase market share and profitability.The role requires a skilled professional with expertise in operations management and a deep understanding of data analytics and forecasting. The individual in this role will lead the sales forecasting process, setting targets, ensuring that reporting aligns CUOL and Group methodologies.Our Successful CandidateThis is an exciting prospect for an experienced and highly capable Commercial Operations Manager to assist in the scaling and advancement of the University’s ODL learning initiative.You will work with the GrowCo commercial Lead, to develop, implement and oversee business strategies to increase market share and profitability. Manage and optimise supply chain operations to ensure efficient operation and enrolment of students in line with the GrowCo operating model.Collaborate with sales, product, and customer support and central finance teams to ensure alignment of commercial activity and data reporting across GrowCo, CUOL and Coventry University Education Group.This role is based in Milton Keynes with a minimum of 3 days per week in the office.The BenefitsAs a staff member of Coventry University, you will have a access to a wide range of industry leading rewards and benefits which includes:
