Make your mark for patientsWe are looking for a Patient Supply Digital Change Analyst to join us in our Patient Supply, Transformational Programs & Infrastructure organization based in Braine-l’Alleud, Belgium.About the role:As we embark in a decade of growth, driven by the need to further anticipate UCB’s ambition requirements and the evolving environment with its associated risks and new regulations, the Transformational Programs and Infrastructure function was created. The function plays a crucial role in steering the definition of future-proof sustainable Patient Supply solutions and establishing governance for timely execution. The new Patient Supply Digital Change Analyst will support our ‘Breakthrough in Digital’ ambition, with key objectives:The Patient Supply Digital Change Analyst will work directly with the Head of Digital Enablement and act as a key contributor in making our digital transformation program a success. He/she will assess the digital maturity of the organization and the impact of the digital transformation on different key personas. He/she will develop and implement the defined change activities and ensure the ‘voice of the customer’ is fulfilled. He/she will ensure that our digital transformation program integrates all critical aspects – people, processes, data, and technologies – to support a sustainable transformation of our activities. He/she will contribute to change networks across Patient Supply and beyond as well as deploying a compelling program communication strategy.What you will do:This role is responsible for implementing a compelling end-to-end change management vision that enables and sustains the digital transformation across Patient Supply:

  • Patient Supply personas: Together with their peers and colleagues, create detailed personas that represent different stakeholder groups affected by the change, ensuring tailored communication and support strategies.
  • Digital capabilities enablement: Together with their Talent stakeholders and Head of Digital Enablement, define, develop, and implement the digital culture attributes required for the future of our organization to ensure changes are supported and sustained across Patient Supply.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage the digital change networks across Patient Supply and beyond; Collaborate with internal and external key individuals to ensure the transformation meets the needs of all parties.
  • Program communication: Together with their peers and colleagues, define the program’s communication strategy, develop the communication plan, and manage its execution through appropriate channels.
  • Support project execution: Collaborate with their peers and colleagues in managing Change plan and implementing defined change activities.
  • Value realization: Together with their peers and colleagues, define, develop, and deploy framework to track progress from a change perspective.

For this position you’ll need the following education, experience and skills:

  • Min 5 years in deploying Change Management for business transformation across multiple functions within Biopharma industry.
  • Proven track record of driving change activities and achieving strategic objectives.
  • Proven track record in developing and deploying tailored change approaches for different personas, from senior leadership to shop-floor operators.
  • Experience in Digital Transformations: extensive experience in developing and implementing business transformations, demonstrating a successful track record of integrating solutions into business operations.
  • Change Leadership Acumen: proven record of leadership in managing change, making decisions under pressure, resolving conflicts effectively, coaching teams towards success, and leading by example.
  • Business acumen: proven record in understanding Patient Supply’s business processes, critical interface points and opportunity areas.
  • Communication & Influencing Skills: excellent communication skills that enable clear conveyance of ideas and strategies.
  • Holistic perspective: ability to think end-to-end and to project a clear target state for Patient Supply.
  • Skilled in agile methodologies and change frameworks.
  • Hands-on and can-do attitude that energize Patient Supply stakeholders
