Job Description:ABOUT THE ROLE AND THE TEAM:If you are passionate about finance and interested in operational treasury cycles, this is an excellent opportunity for you. Within the Treasury area, you will have a global vision of the Company’s cash flows and accounts receivables. You will interact directly with other departments, like Accounts Payable, and maintain relationships with banking partners. You will manage the bank accounts, ensuring their integrity and operability.This a temporary position.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESTreasury Operations

  • Daily monitoring and updating of International Bank statements and payment platforms within Treasury drives and workbooks.
  • Be responsible for the identification and bookkeeping of transactions.
  • Prepare and record transactions related to account transfers, customer refunds, and ad hoc payments in banking platforms and NetSuite.
  • Manage treasury-specific support tickets from JIRA.
  • Oversee the timely application and processing of bank fees and commissions to ensure all invoices are downloaded from the banking platforms and submitted to Accounts Payable.
  • Take the lead in directly troubleshooting support issues within the banking platforms with banking partners.
  • Manage the certification process of payments within platforms of local tax jurisdictions where applicable.

Month-End Close – Bank Reconciliations

  • Follow up on non-posted transactions with stakeholders in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Tax, and Payroll.
  • Review and balance the accounts for accounting purposes, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
  • Perform month-end verification of all transactions to ensure proper coding
  • Other duties assigned by leadership

REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

  • Relevant coursework or a degree in accounting is required.
  • At least one year of experience within Accounting or Finance departments
  • Experience in managing ERP systems (Oracle Netsuite will be a plus).
  • Ability to communicate with internal stakeholders and third-party entities and agencies, ensuring discretion and integrity of information.
  • Proficiency in office automation tools, especially Excel, is required.
  • Methodical, process, and detail-oriented professional
  • Proactive professional, with analytical and problem-solving skills
  • English language is the common thread of the company, so a B1-B2 level will be required.
