Law on Higher Education and Science (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 742, as amended) and in accordance with the applicable Statute of the University of Kalisz.I. Requirements for candidates (specification of statutory and legal requirements that the candidate must meet):1. Academic title / Academic degree / Professional title:– a postdoctoral degree in the field of social sciences, in the discipline ofmanagement and quality sciences or economics and finance.2. Documented scientific achievements in the field or discipline to which the candidate’s main scientific achievements are to relate (does not apply to teaching positions):– scientific experience in the field of econometric modeling of the real estatemarket, real estate management, real estate valuation;– management and participation in national and international scientific projects orresearch groups, including management of grants funded by the National ScienceCentre;– extensive publication output in a foreign language;– 5-year Impact Factor – a minimum of 50;– scientific discipline: management and quality sciences – at least 50% share.3. Specification of the required teaching or professional experience of the candidate (does not apply to research positions):– is not applicable.4. Employment will take place under a fixed-term employment contract and on a full-time basis.5. It is possible to conduct an interview.II. Documents required : * Letter of application addressed to the Rector.

• Professional CV containing information on scientific and organisational achievements as well as the direction of further activities, a list of publications and others.
• Personal questionnaire (the form can be downloaded from the School’s official website).
• Diploma duplicates certifying the given education.
• Employment certificates of completed periods of employment.
• Declaration of compliance with the requirements of Art. 113 of the Act of 20 July 2018 Law on Higher Education and Science (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 742).
• Agreement on personal data processing.

III. Applications should be submitted to the Human Resources Department, 62-800 Kalisz, Nowy Świat 4 Street, room 48. The deadline for submitting documents is 06.11.2024 until 12:00.IV. The Information about the result of the recruiting competition along with the justification will be announced no later than 14 days from the date of submitting offers on the University’s website.The University does not provide housing, but provides accommodation in its own hotel base.The University reserves the right not to contest without giving any reason. The result of the recruiting competition does not amount to the employment of the candidate and constitutes a recommendation in this regard for the Rector.
