Client is looking to recruit Platform Business Analysts for Delivery and implementation of Advanced Analytics & AI Solutions Platform(s) within the Global KYC Delivery Tribe. This profile is a strategic role required for strategic and Global platform delivery contributing to the overall Global IT landscape for Advanced Analytics & AI Solutions Platform(s) . The Platform business analyst will act as a bridge between business and technical teamsThe Platform Business Analysts will be responsible for building, refining and translating the Functional (Business) requirements and Non-Functional Requirements into IT system and infra specifications as well as System Integration requirements that can be readily understandable by Dev/Ops Engineers within Agile Squads.The Platform Business Analyst must have in depth understanding of Agile Way of Working, Scrum Methodology, Stages of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Platform Security, Information Security Policies and related control implementations, Cyber Security and operational resilience, Data Processing and Data Security.In this role, you will work in close collaboration with Platform Architects, Product Owner and Client Tech Departments to deliver appropriate platform services set within the governance of Global KYC/DT/TM.As Business Analyst of Platform Squads, you fulfil in a professional team of Development and Operations Engineers (“DevOps” team) an important, strategic and substantial role in defining and refining platform Features based on Business priorities and requirements.In your role you will report to the Chief Product Owner of Transaction Monitoring within the Delivery Tribe of Global KYC.AccountabilitiesAs a Data Business Analyst, you will contribute to Delivery & Maintenance of Platform together with Dev/Ops Engineers using the Agile/Scrum methodology.

• Derive Technical requirements from Business (Functional) Requirements and Non-Function Requirements including any IT System Requirements. The requirements must, therefore, be taken care of technologically for efficiency and accuracy.
• You will gather specific system and system integration requirements to create Technical Feature Design drivers.
• Explanation of the technical requirements, and execution of these requirements to the Dev/Ops Squads within the Squads. This includes translating from business language to technical IT language that engineers can readily understand.
• Initiate and Conduct Impact Analysis with all relevant stakeholders and Squads in the event of changes in requirements any new requirements introduced on the current/planned releases or upcoming releases.
• Contribute to the preparation and specification of Epics and User Stories together with the Product Owners and involved squads.
• Identify dependencies, risks and issues across the Client Tech Departments and raise Risks/Issues/Impediments for resolution on-time.
• Define Technical Platform Features based on Non-Functional Requirements with specific focus on System Performance and efficiency.
• Determining system efficiency and functionality by liaising with Client Tech departments and end-users.
• Create Platform Delivery Services and BAU Services for Efficiently integrating new systems, programs, and applications with business operations and services.
• Analysing and improving the performance platform and support services.
• Alignment with Tech lead and IT Departments for ensuring that computer hardware remains compatible with system enhancements and updates.
• Promoting system efficiency and security by integrating performance metrics and encryption.
• Implementing new advancements in the field of system and enterprise architecture.
• Registration and Monitoring of Changes and Releases through the Development, Testing, Acceptance and Production environments according to Change Management Minimum Standards.
• Translate IT and Information Minimum Standards to executable Technical User Stories to be implemented through IT/Information Risk Controls.
• Create desirable quality assurance plans and Test Plans in cooperation with the Implementation Squads for UAT and capture results for measurement against Definition of Done within the scope of IT/Platform success criteria.
• Organizing System Integration tests, UATs and coordination of system go-lives.

You will help build and optimize dashboards, support improvements and create training documentation.Key Characteristics

• Experience in writing Technical Features, User Stories with clear Definition of Done and Definition of Ready.
• Sound understanding of Infra Architecture, Platform Architecture concepts
• Deep understanding of Software Development Lifecycle, Design lead Development process.
• Strong background in implementation of IT Risk Controls to adhere to operational resilience requirements.
• Deep understanding on Platform/Infra Life Cycle Management and Maintenance.
• Ability to discuss continuous delivery and Azure DevOps capabilities and create summaries/proposals for decision making based on requirements.
• Experience in defining Solution Outlines based on business requirements, architecture and translate into technical specifications for implementation by Squads
• In depth understanding on Platform Security Controls.
• In depth understanding of Change management, Version Control and Incident/Problem Management.
• Experience or understanding with good Knowledge on AA-AI technologies and AA/AI implementations is preferred.

Profile Requirements:

• Masters or BS in Computer Science, Information Management or Software Engineering.
• Extensive experience in technical business analysis.
• Advanced knowledge of programming languages like SQL and system integration solutions.
• Ability to facilitate internal end-user proficiency.
• Ability to design and maintain efficient customer portal support and feedback channels.
• Ensuring optimal system functionality via integrated diagnostics.
• Advanced knowledge of data security and encryption.
• Ability to keep up with IT advancements.
• Exceptional communication skills toward facilitating the use of new software systems.
• Knowledge of relevant licensing and industry compliance regulations.
• Technical expertise regarding data models, database development & maintenance, data mining and segmentation techniques is a plus.
• Knowledge on Advanced Analytics and AI – modelling methods and techniques
• Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing large datasets.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings.
• Experience with Scrum and Continuous delivery is a must.
• Must have strong interpersonal skills and be self-directed.
• Must be able to work independently and according to the priorities set in the QBRs.
• Will create training materials, templates, etc. based on trends within current implementations to enable simplification and improvisation in future implementations.

• Willingness to be on regular stand-by and work in Amsterdam Time-zone.
• Technical knowledge and experience in Hadoop, ELK, Client, Datastage, BI tools / ETL, Agile/scrum/DevOps is an advantage.
