Description and Requirements

This is a fantastic opportunity to join the award-winning Lenovo 4P Team to own the product and business management aspect of a product category.

We are a small team, and each person in the team needs to contribute for us to deliver our business plans. This job description apply for Tablets.

The role of the 4P in Lenovo is a pivotal role in the success of the business. Working alongside and reporting to the Head of Consumer and Head of Commercial 4P your key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with the Sales Team to sell in new product ranges for the key retailers and promotional periods
  • Creating and driving the channel strategy alongside the Sales Director
  • P&L accountability
  • Weekly analysis of the market conditions using the Lenovo tools and systems as well as building your own understanding of what the key drivers are
  • Engagement with colleagues from the Worldwide and EMEA teams
  • Shaping the French line ups by selecting the right products from the Global Lenovo product portfolio
  • Supporting the Sales Team
  • Working closely with the marketing team to maximise promotional investments
  • Managing the promotional calendar & budget to drive sell out targets and deliver the best return investment for Lenovo

  • A commercial thinker who is passionate about technology
  • A creative problem solver who will bring strong ideas and opinions to the table
  • Experience of the Consumer Electronics industry either within Category/ Business Management or in a buying role within a retailer or distributor (Accessories & FMCG also considered)
  • Experience of managing a P&L or budget.
  • Able to influence others, including EMEA & local directors, local sales and marketing and teams
  • Strong internal and external networking skills, fluent French & English
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
