What You’ll Be Doing

• Delivering high-quality lessons that maximize pupil progress in KS1
• Inspiring and engaging students to immerse them in their learning
• Supporting the wider school community through collaboration and teamwork
• Leading a curriculum subject area, if applicable
• Developing and implementing effective teaching strategies
• Participating in professional development opportunities to improve teaching practice

• Be able to do the job as described
• Passion for teaching KS1 with a strong understanding of the KS1 curriculum
• Demonstrates excellent teaching practices with a desire for continual improvement
