Facility OfficerWe are building an independent ATM-network offering qualitative cash services to all individuals and merchants in Belgium. We set the goal to become the largest player on the Belgian market in the next few years.In order to support our expanding business, we are looking for a Facility Officer to join our team.The facility officer manages the physical state and maintenance of the Batopin locations to guarantee well operating, clean and well-maintained unmanned sites.Manage the unmanned sites in the region of Wallonia.Plans minimal 1 visit per site per trimester for general inspection.Management and follow-up on incidents.Management and follow-up on vendors, suppliers, maintenance.Facility management
Management of all unmanned sites in allocated regionProactively and reactively inspecting all premises.Once per trimester general and large inspection of customer and secured zone of each site.Ensuring well maintained, clean and operational site.Timely detection of problems, flaws and resolving them.Small issues are handled.Ensuring that when a site is handed over from Building that all works are executed as prescribed and that the site is operational following Batopin’s guidelines via thorough inspection.Incident managementPoint of contact in case of incident on the scene.First on the scene in case of incident.On call for urgent incidents and 24/7 security (on-call shifts).Responsible for incident follow up and reporting.Responsible for quick and sufficient solution of incident, respecting the quality of service for customer.Administration and reportingFollow up on maintenance calendar, controls and ticketing on interventions.Execution and follow up of interventions.Follow up on contracts, payments and contracts with vendors and suppliers for maintenance as planned and prescribed.What do we expect?Have a technical degree or broad technical background/experience.Language skills: spoken and written in French and English are required.Have an excellent knowledge of the basic Office-tools.You’re the one we are looking for?We offer you a competitive compensation with a flexible vacation policy and work conditions.
