The Kering Group Talent Acquisition department is currently looking for a passionate Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team based in Milan.

Job Description

Your opportunity

Reporting directly to the Talent Acquisition Manager Italy & Switzerland, you will be an integral part of the Kering Corporate Talent Acquisition Centre of Expertise and will play a critical role in meeting Kering Corporate’s hiring requirements and contributing to company’s growth. You will eagerly focus on sourcing and selecting talents and managing the recruiting process and systems to ensure an efficient, inclusive, and competitive recruitment plan. 

How you will contribute

  • Identify and attract talent to meet Kering Corporate’s hiring requirements by creating and posting job requisitions, conducting thorough research, and sourcing potential candidates
  • Streamline recruitment processes to enhance efficiency, inclusivity, and competitiveness by managing the full recruiting process, including interviews, evaluations, and applicant testing, ensuring a great and smooth candidate experience
  • Implement a comprehensive recruitment strategy aligned with Kering’s goals, organizing recruiting days and other events to engage with potential hires
  • Analyze and interpret data to identify hiring trends and help execute more effective hiring strategies
  • Work closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager for Italy & Switzerland and other Talent Acquisition teams to create and implement sourcing strategies
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners to collect recruiting needs, provide updates, and exchange feedback
  • Partner with Hiring Managers throughout the recruiting process to ensure alignment and provide excellent service
  • Contribute to the company’s growth and success by attracting and selecting the best talent, thereby supporting Kering’s strategic objectives
  • Support Kering’s employer branding strategies by spreading our values and culture with the aim of attracting top talent

Who you are

  • Relevant experience as recruiter within a multinational company
  • Highly knowledgeable about recruitment processes; an expertise in IT functions is a plus
  • An excellent communicator with exceptional interpersonal skills both within the team and with business partners
  • Able to set priorities and perform under challenging deadlines, working in compliance with confidentiality and high ethical standards
  • Capable of helping partners navigate complex situations, driving successful outcomes while effectively setting expectations
  • Sensitive to Inclusion and Diversity themes
  • Proactive, curious and with a positive approach
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint are a must)
  • Knowledgeable about Workday and Eightfold as a plus
  • Fluent in Italian and English; French knowledge is a plus
