If you are passionate about working for a noble cause on projects shaping the future of sustainable and intelligent pharma facilities, NNE is the place to be.About the roleAs documentation is an integral and important part of our industry, we are now looking to grow our Information & Document Management department.In the role as Information & Document Manager, you will provide informal leadership to make decisions, direct people ad empower individuals. You will typically work as part of the larger Engineering Management team and lead the documentation team on at least one large scale pharmaceutical project. The work draws on your stakeholder management and communication skills and grasp of IT platforms and Good Documentation Practice. You will be interacting with the whole project organization.You can grow into the role of an Information Specialist and Subject Matter Expert in NNE’s main electronic document management system (EDMS) – the “ProjectHub” – and develop documentation flows for different project phases and engineering disciplines. Given that the departments is rather new in its establishment, there is plenty of room to shape your work and influence procedures.Setting direction for the project documentation team, creating and conducting training and understanding the technology around document management will make you a key stakeholder in the project.Location Virum Department Information and Document Management

As an Information & Document Manager, you’ll be

  • Project lead for documentation management; responsible for document controlling and EDMS.
  • Setting direction in your project – informal leadership across many different stakeholders; e.g. engineering management, document controllers and project managers.
  • Supporting the digitalization journey and technological development of NNE’s document management.

The miles you’ve walked
In all positions there are some things that are needed, and others a bonus. We believe these qualifications are needed for you to do well in this role:

  • You have a degree in Information Science, Information Studies, Engineering, IT or other technical fields.
  • Ideally you have Document Management experience from larger engineering projects.
  • You speak and write English and have a good understanding of Danish working culture.
