Your role will be extremely important as you will be responsible for training and enhancing the competencies of our employees. You will be planning and implementing training programs and workshops in a way that is interesting, useful and engaging.All about the role:The Training & Knowledge Specialist will be a key member of the LiveOps global team, collaborating across various countries to ensure consistent and effective training initiatives. The specialist will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and delivering training programs and materials for the LiveOps Training Academy. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring that our LiveOps agents are well-equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in their roles. The specialist will also manage the LiveOps Knowledge Base, ensuring that all live operations processes and tools are effectively communicated and understood. Additionally, the role includes planning and executing new-hire onboarding programs, as well as assessing new joiners’ progress and supporting their supervisors with valuable feedback. Working closely with various stakeholders to enhance the training process and identify opportunities for improvement, the Training & Knowledge Specialist will ensure continued training and upskilling of our tenured agents.Your main responsibilities will be:Training Academy:

  • Develop and maintain training courses, programs, and materials within the LiveOps Training Academy.
  • Deliver and manage training sessions for LiveOps agents across different offices.
  • Continuously evaluate and update training content to ensure its relevance and effectiveness.

Knowledge Management:

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge repository/library for the LiveOps department.
  • Communicate updates and changes related to Live Operations processes and tools to the relevant teams.
  • Ensure that all training materials and knowledge resources are accessible and up to date.

Training & Onboarding for LiveOps new joiners:

  • Plan and organise a smooth training & onboarding process for each group of new joiners and ensure that all stakeholders are kept informed.
  • Deliver onboarding training programs to new LiveOps agents and ensure all training sessions are deployed as planned.
  • Implement train-the-trainer programs to equip team coaches and buddies with the necessary skills for onboarding and training.
  • Assess new hires’ performance post-onboarding and provide feedback to their Supervisors in consultation.
  • Implement continuous improvement of the training & onboarding process based on the feedback provided by customers and all stakeholders involved.

Can you deliver…University education or level of thinking; preferably in: Education, Coaching, Training, People management, and/or Communication studies; * 1-2 years of experience with training, coaching and building a knowledge base;

  • Experience with designing compelling slide decks, digital learning modules, instructional design and working with learning authoring systems is a big plus;
  • Excellent English communication and language skills;
  • Experience with contact centre operations and functions across multiple departments is a plus;
