The Position 

As a Manager of the QA for QC team in AMSAT (Aseptic Manufacturing, Science and Technology) QA, you will be responsible for a team of skilled and experienced QA professionals and specialists. You will report directly to the director of AMSAT QA. 

Your key responsibilities will include: 

-Motivate, lead and empower your team members to reach new heights. 
-Support your team members in complex cases. 
-Ensure the skills and competencies in the team are in place. 
-Build and maintain strong collaborations with our stakeholders. 
-Keep the processes simple and continuously strive for improvements.

Qualifications 

To succeed in this position, you: 

-Hold a master’s degree in pharmacy or biotechnology or other nature science relevant fields. 
-Have minimum 3 years of experience as a people manager in the pharmaceutical industry. 
-Preferably have experience within QA, production processes, or QC/laboratory. 
-Have a strong quality mindset, well-developed business sense and problem-solving skills. 
-Communicate fluently in English. 
 

We expect you are a visible leader who can see the greater perspective and create strong performing team by engaging your employees in taking pride in delivering on their objectives and individual development. You can handle complex quality inquiries and be a sparring partner to your colleagues. Furthermore, you are well structured and have clear communication capabilities. 

About the Department 

AMSAT QA is the quality department which ensures that quality is incorporated in all aspects of the AMSAT organisation including QC laboratories. 

Our department consists of 60 highly qualified employees and are supporting and overseeing QC laboratories and analytical methods, support functions to production and products.  

You will join a newly established department with high quality mind-set employees, where you will a chance to support the culture formation.
