Then this is the position for you!Your teamThe Vanderlande HR organization has a global presence, with global HR Business Partners, local HR Advisors, and local HR Service Agents delivering HR services to the business. Our Global HR Specialist department, that is part of our HR Shared Services department, is active in maintaining, supporting, and enabling HR service delivery. As a People Analytics Specialist, you are reporting to the Global HR Specialists Lead, located at Vanderlande headquarters in Veghel.You focus on operational efficiency and drive data analytics & reporting together with our HR Technology CoE (Center of Expertise). With a service-oriented approach, you will handle incidents and solve problems related to our HR technology landscape (mainly Workday). You optimize our services by driving quality assurance with reporting and analytics. Our documented global processes guide you. As a team, the values We Care, Teamwork, and Safe Base are key in decision-making and working together.Your responsibilitiesDesign and deliver reports and dashboards in Workday, aiming for standardization.Monitor and drive data quality and compliance.Partner with stakeholders within the HR and ICT organization to ensure adherence to Vanderlande’s data and compliance strategy.Handle medium to complex queries and incidents related to employee data quality assurance, reporting, and analytics.Provide Workday training to regional/local Service Agents (Tier 1) and maintain work instructions as needed.Act as an advisor on data insights and drive continuous improvement within our Service Delivery Model.Day-to-Day ActivitiesDesign and deliver reports and dashboards in Workday.Collaborate with the Data Platform team for HR use case delivery.Participate in projects led by the HR Technology consultant (CoE).Support and co-deliver training, provide input for communication, and align security measures.Monitor and drive data quality and compliance.Advise and monitor global way of working and compliance.Manage inquiries, issues, and service requests to drive resolution in line with SLAs.Your backgroundBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent with relevant work experience in an HR environment is preferred.At least 3 years of HR & Data analytics experience, including in-depth functional expertise in Workday advanced reporting.Proven experience with Workday and reporting is a must. Experience with other Workday Modules (e.g., HCM Core, Learning, Talent and Performance, Recruitment) is a plus.Experience with people data management and compliance, including applying data protocols.Experience in working with (senior) business stakeholders and advising on HR process solutions in an international business context is a plus.What we offer​In this challenging and responsible position, you will have the chance to make a significant contribution to industry-leading projects and be connected to our dedicated people and customers.
