Placement student – Material and logistics

We are looking for an enthusiastic Placement student – Materials and logistics to join our team Material operations in the warehouse of Darlington. During your placement with us, you will learn how a major global organization operates, gaining the tools and exposure you will need to become an expert in the industry and power your potential! This role is available to candidates who qualify for a placement year and will commence 1 July 2025.

This position is full time on site in the warehouse of Darlington.

To be successful in this role you will need the following: 

• A STEM degree or training in logistics.
• Microsoft package and Excel, knowledge of Oracle is a plus.
• Organized, enthusiastic, willing to make a change.
• Health and safety mindset.

• Support on the well functioning of the daily activities of the warehouse in Darlington. 
• Analyzing downtime data, Kpi’s, the inbounds and outbounds of the warehouse to meet the targets.
• Contact with the suppliers for the material orders.
• Process and report safety incidents into the trackers, regarding the safety audits.
• Being involved in the inventories.
