We are looking for a motivated HR Coordinator to join our team and support our core HR processes. The Position

As an HR Coordinator at Novo Nordisk, you will:
•    Assist with administrative tasks related to HR processes, such as data entry, filing, and document management.
•    Support the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
•    Coordinate and schedule interviews, meetings, and trainings.
•    Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
•    Provide general HR support to employees and managers, answering inquiries and resolving issues.

The position is a 1-year temporary position with the possibility for an extension.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you have a Msc in Social Science, Human Resources or any related field, and at least 3-4 yrs of working experience.

In addition, you have:
•    Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
•    Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
•    Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
•    Proficiency in Italian & English, both written and spoken
•    Good communication and interpersonal skills.
•    Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

About the Department

You will be joining a newly established and growing area in our company, responsible for designing, planning, and building all major fill & finish expansion projects across Novo Nordisk to meet the needs of millions of patients. You will be part of a global team who will develop the pharma facilities of the future and work with advanced technology to rethink our fill & finish facilities.
