Senior Transfer Pricing Specialist

- Location: Kraków; remote model of working – 1 visit per month
- Working hours: Mon-Fr, business working hours

Responsibilities:
- Preparing global and local transfer pricing documentation for business inquiries
- Participating in transfer pricing audits
- Being the first point of contact for Stakeholders and Directors form business units
- Advising in complex transfer pricing regulations for related countries and general transfer pricing frameworks – OECD Guidelines, UN TP Manual for Developing Countries
- Building functional competence within the tax team
- Cooperating with external advisors
- Proposing process improvement solutions
- Assisting in key transfer pricing projects
Requirements:
- At least 4-5 years of experience in transfer pricing
- Professional background in international company is a must
- Good MS Office skills
- Very good English skills – B2/C1 level
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret and draw conclusions
- Great communication & organization skills
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of German
- Leadership experience
