Study Visitor – MEP Office in the European Parliament

 

We are offering a Study Visit in the office of Lukas Sieper, a Member of the European Parliament (MEP) for a period of up to six weeks. 

This is an exciting opportunity to experience the workings of the Parliament and contribute to key tasks related to EU policymaking.

Please note that this is a Study Visit and not a paid position. A small financial contribution is foreseen to help cover costs related to the Study Visit.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support and assist with office operations in the MEP office
  • Conduct research on various legislative and policy topics
  • Assist in the preparation of briefing notes, voting lists, and other parliamentary documents
  • Support general administrative tasks such as scheduling, managing correspondence, and organising files

Requirements:

  • Applicants must be based in Brussels, Strasbourg, or their proximity.
  • Strong interest in EU politics and affairs
  • Currently not employed (student status is allowed)
  • Excellent research, organisational, and administrative skills
  • Proficiency in English (other EU languages are an asset)
