Recruitment is conducted by the Employment Agency Unique People with the number 15946 a company that is part of the CCIG Group, the largest group in the Call Center industry in Poland.With the dynamic development of the Multilingual Department, we are looking for a Customer Service Specialist with knowledge of the Romanian language who will join our team.Responsibilities:
- answering calls and handling emails in Romanian,
- informing customers about available products,
- informing customers about current promotional campaigns,
- handling complaints and returns,
- product advisory.
Requirements:
- proficiency in Romanian at level C1 or higher,
- high personal culture and a friendly attitude towards customers,
- availability during helpline working hours (;Mon-Fri 9.00 – 17.00);,
- knowledge of basic computer programs.
