Job Description:Voor onze afdeling Process Automation zijn we op dit moment op zoek naar een fulltime Client Care Coordinator (M/V/X) die werkt voor de regio België, rapporterend aan ons kantoor in Aartselaar, Antwerp.De Prinicipal Client Care Coordinator geeft ondersteuning aan de Service- en Sales organisatie om klanten zo efficient en effectief mogelijk te kunnen bedienen. De functie valt onder de Delivery Manager.Dagelijkse taken en verantwoordelijkheden

• Directe aanspreekpartner voor de klant voor zowel aanvragen, aanbiedingen, uitvoering en services,
• Het coordineren van diensten en activiteiten tussen de klant, de interne organisatie, voor een of meerdere klanten,
• Het maken van de planning hiervoor en het zorgen voor de juiste inzet van resources op projectwerk en de uitvoering van service activiteiten,
• Het coordineren van Service projecten alsmede het bewaken van de marges op deze projecten,
• Het jaarlijks vernieuwen van de onderhoudscontracten,
• Het verzamelen van advies en technische input om de juiste aanbiedingen voor de klant op te stellen.
• Het realiseren van groei in omzet door het aanbieden en verkopen van addditionele services.

Je bent iemand die…

• Heeft een Bachelor in elektronica, elektrotechniek, meet- en regeltechniek en/of gelijkwaardig.
• Beheerst vloeiend Nederlands en Engels; Frans is een pluspunt.
• Heeft affiniteit met procesautomatisering
• Goede kennis van MS Office
• Idealiter een basiskennis hebben van onze belangrijkste systemen zoals Foxboro en Triconex
• Begrijpt de basisprincipes van projectoplevering en servicewerkzaamheden
• Is een goede communicator, met administratieve en organisatorische vaardigheden
• Klantgericht en resultaatgericht bent en goed oplossingen kunt vinden
