Role Overview

As a Technology Architect, you’ll be at the forefront of cutting-edge advancements, shaping the future of digital design. Your role will be pivotal in creating innovative architectures that drive performance, efficiency, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Run benchmarks using third-party tools to evaluate the performance of new architectures.

• Automate benchmark execution, data extraction, and report generation

• Conduct investigations, testing, modeling, verifications, and comparative analysis to make educated recommendations.

• Create software tools for automating the generation and visualization of new architectures and design models

• Design, develop, and tune innovative hardware and system architectures.

• Analyze and compare hardware architectures using different metrics (power, timing, area, etc.).

• Collaborate with software engineers to report bugs, specify requirements of new features, and improve QoR.

• Train and support product users, escalate issues, and communicate new requirements.

Qualifications and Skills

• MSc or PhD preferred in EE, CE, CS or related areas.

• 8+ years of experience focused on EDA industry, research, or technological contexts.

• Detailed knowledge of CPUs, GPUs, DSPs, FPGAs, etc.

• Familiarity with ASIC and FPGA compilation flows (e.g., synthesis, place & route, timing analysis, formal verification, etc.).

• Understanding of tradeoffs between different design considerations.

• Proficiency in RTL design

• Experience with Python, Tcl and scripting.

• Practical research experience in hardware and software development.

• Strong troubleshooting skills and analytical thinking.

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
