You will own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery to delivery, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business objectives. Your role includes gathering deep customer insights, translating them into actionable product requirements, and supporting the financial planning of the product roadmap. You will align cross-functional teams and collaborate closely with other product managers and stakeholders across Roche Diagnostics Global & Affiliate organizations to achieve our goals.You will be responsibleDrive the end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery through delivery, ensuring the product roadmap aligns with both customer needs and business objectives.Lead continuous discovery and user research, leveraging deep customer insights to inform and refine product features that drive business outcomes.Cultivate and engage networks with key opinion leaders and stakeholders to fuel idea generation, product adoption, and innovation.Utilize data insights, market research, and product intuition to continuously improve the technical roadmap and identify opportunities for growth.Tailor product features to target customer segments, ensuring alignment with market needs and competitive positioning.Support the development of robust business cases, including revenue forecasting and cost strategies, and present them to executive stakeholders.Align and collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute product launches, ensuring successful delivery and market impact.Your profile7+ years of technical and business experience in IVD, Life Sciences, healthcare, or health techHigh degree of subject matter expertise:Extensive experience in product management, particularly in developing digital products within a product-led, data-driven, and customer-centric environmentIn-depth knowledge of the healthcare industry, including lifecycle development processes in a regulated environment and global trendsStrong background in scientific or medical fields, with relevant experience in the software market and a focus on Chronic Disease ManagementLeadership and people development:Proven ability to inspire, motivate, and develop teams, driving impactful results and continuous improvement.Strong track record in building collaborative relationships and leading cross-functional teams to solve strategic challenges.Demonstrated strategic thinking, communication, and organizational skills, with expertise in influencing and fostering alignment across the organization.Commitment to a customer-centric, collaborative culture, effectively navigating and leading through change.LocationsYou will be based in Sant Cugat, Spain.Roche is strongly committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
