Job description

The main tasks are:

  • Employee Relations Management: Offer advice and guidance to managers on resolving individual employee relations cases and support them during formal hearings.
  • Policy Development & Implementation: Lead the creation and execution of organizational procedures. Collaborate with business leaders to provide strategic insights and challenges, driving HR excellence.
  • Internal Client Relationship Management: Foster and maintain trust-based relationships with internal clients.
  • HR Data Management: Perform HR data processing tasks, enhance data collection tools, and streamline administrative processes.
  • Business Advice: Provide expert advice on interpreting and applying policies and procedures, and resolving queries.
  • HR Frameworks and Tools: Supervise HR operations, from recruitment to compensation, in accordance with Group Policy. Lead and participate in Trade Union/Works Council negotiations.
  • HR Data Analytics and Insights: Deliver HR data analysis, identify trends and contribute to the creation of HR insights that enable the diagnosis of business issues, enhancement of employee engagement.

Important multinational company in the industry sector|Advisor for HR policy and labour relations

  • Minimum of 5 years as HRBP or HR Manager in the industry sector.
  • Bachelor´s Degree in Law, Labor Relations, Psychology or Human Resources.
  • High background in management of labor relations within the industry sector (Valued experience in the management of Labor Relation Disputes in the manufacturing sector with more than 100 employees).
  • Experience negotiating collective agreements.
  • High Level of English.
  • Looks at complex issues from multiple angles; explores issues to uncover underlying issues and root causes; sees the main consequences and implications of different options.
  • Knows the most effective and efficient processes to get things done, with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Measures and tracks team’s and own performance, and helps the team learn from success, failure, and feedback.
  • Works without supervision and provides technical guidance when required on making sure that the organization manages its employee relations within a clear framework that embodies corporate values and policies, while also complying with all legal requirements.
  • Applies comprehensive knowledge to act independently while providing guidance and training to others on using clear and effective verbal communications skills to express ideas, request actions and formulate plans or policies.
