Performs content tasks, including, but not limited to:

• Is the technical reference for a specific technology.
• Identifies and proposes common resolution issues across different teams
• Working along with software architecture, designs and resolves common components
• Ensures communication of defined good practices and architectural decisions within the software engineers
• Keeps updated and well documented critical cross components
• Ensures OpenBank standards are implemented within its technology
• Approves and controls common component release process along with Product Owners and Software Managers

2. Is the hierarchical leader of the members of a Chapter:

• Ensures the Chapter members have appropriate competencies and skills by continuous improvement of their skills and the area of expertise as a whole.
• Determines and implements the use of standards for the area of expertise together with the Chapter members.
• Plans/coaches/assesses and professionalizes the Chapter members
• Is responsible for the yearly appraisals of the internal Chapter members
• Performs HR-related activities of the Chapter members (in strong alignment with the Teams)

What are we looking for in this position?Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field. Or equivalent work experience.5+ years of experience working with Java, Spring Boot Framework and Maven.Knowledge of REST APIs, HTTP and web.Experience working with GIT subversioning.Knowledge of SQL or NoSQL.REDIS and cache strategies.Knowledge of agile methodology, Scrum and Kanban.Passion for technology and start-up methodology.Ability to learn quickly, creativity and initiative.Ability to make autonomous decisions.Results oriented.Team player.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Nice to have:Knowledge of REDIS and cache strategies.Experience in microservices environments with service discovery.Experience with SOAP integration with different data models with associated WSDLs.What do we offer?Immediate incorporation to a dynamic and agile company with a growth and expansion project.Working in start-up mode with the support of Grupo Santander.Competitive remuneration and attractive benefits package.Possibility of growth within the company and the Group.Collaboration in international projects and possibility of contact with different countries.Excellent work environment, social clubs and frequent events (now virtual).Would you like to grow with us?
