  • The Indices team is the strategic business unit responsible for the development, management, and licensing of indices and partnerships with partners and data vendors.
  • The product offering includes ESG indices, national blue-chip indices, as well as indices tailored to meet the demands of investors looking for specific or enhanced market exposure at lower costs.
  • To complement our team of index structuring and business development experts and to further expand our business, we are looking for a driven individual with relevant business experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform contract review and revenue operations, which includes execution of monthly revenue close, variance analysis, processing of client reporting, and account reconciliations for revenue and related accounts agreements.
  • Perform our index partner operations, which includes execution of the quarterly reporting, revenue share calculation, and guide payment process.
  • Provide guidance and support to internal and external clients on index contractual, commercials, rights, and restrictions.
  • Work with the Finance department assisting them in invoice collection.
  • Collaborate extensively with functional teams such as Business Development, Financial, Legal, and Marketing Departments to ensure that the index product offering is developed and executed successfully.
  • Work in partnership with internal teams to enhance and improve client experience and pricing models.
  • Assess and implement changes to contractual agreements for accounting impacts and potential reporting needs.
  • Build and maintain trust and relationships with existing client relationships and accounts.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years’ experience in related roles.
  • MBO (Secondary vocational education) or higher / Academic degree in Economics, (quantitative) Finance, Business Administration, or similar.
  • English: full professional proficiency is required – Dutch is a plus.
  • Strong servicing and client-focused mindset.
  • Hands-on approach and attention to details.
  • Strong Excel skills.
  • Team player with intercultural competence and excellent communication skills
  • High level legal expertise is a plus
  • Prior experience in revenue and cost accounting and processes.
  • Experience in internal account management.
  • Proactive.
  • Interest in new technologies and looking for new efficiencies in the process.
