Join us as a Talent Acquisition Partner supporting full-life cycle recruiting our Global Manufacturing & Supply and Global Quality business functions.

In this role, you’ll partner with managers in our manufacturing facilities in Lessines, Belgium, and Neuchatel, Switzerland, to find great talent for their teams such as Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, and more. You’ll be supported every step of the way with cutting-edge recruiting technology, partners within our RPO network, and be part of a vibrant, collaborative, and global Talent Acquisition community.

It is a critical function responsible for ensuring the highest standards in the manufacturing and supply chain processes while maintaining the quality of Takeda’s products. GMSGQ oversees the entire lifecycle of products, from raw materials to final distribution, ensuring compliance with global regulatory requirements and industry standards.

How you will contribute:

  • Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to build a top-tier, qualified workforce, and a strong candidate pipeline.

  • Manage the full Talent Acquisition life cycle to include sourcing, talent mapping, interview feedback/consultation, pre-offer, through to offer negotiation. Manage process feedback loops and provide continuous improvements.

  • Participate in Global TA/HR projects and Communities of Practice as required.

  • Create diverse talent pools for business-critical roles, proactively applying talent sourcing and candidate management tools (HiredScore, Avature)

  • Build relationships with and manage the performance of external partners including RPOs (recruitment process outsourcing) and preferred agencies.

  • Achieve an exceptional candidate experience which results in a distinctive competitive advantage for Takeda.

  • Ensure compliance with all required legal & compliance regulations and reporting related to Takeda’s hiring activities.

What you bring to Takeda:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of delivering positive recruitment experience in a complex organization and/or relevant experience with transferrable skills

  • Production/manufacturing site experience is highly desirable.

  • Experience working at a contingent or retained search firm a plus

  • Prior use of behavioural-based interviewing and selection models required

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong cross-functional relationships and communicate complex issues and concepts to various external and internal stakeholders

  • Experience in sourcing and hiring candidates within the pharma / biotech / life sciences industry is strongly preferred; experience of other highly technical or manufacturing industries are also a good fit

  • This position is hybrid (requiring to be in the office at least 5 days per month) and can be placed in Zurich or Neuchatel, Switzerland, or in Lessines, Belgium

  • English and French are required with speaking and writing business proficiency; Italian is highly desired
