We work with clients to deliver certainty and maximize their return on investment, delivering effective program management, project and cost management and project controls services.Job DescriptionIn this role of Project Management Officer you will join the Project Controls team to perform day-to-day monitoring of project interfaces and deliverables, stakeholder management and reporting across program.The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Set-up Project standards and documentation (Project Management Plan, Project Control Plan)
  • Set-up reporting tools and communication protocols.
  • Participate to the tools set-up and support for training sessions (Aconex/OPC).
  • Action Control system set-up (Interface Matrix, Action Control Dashboard).
  • Contribution of competencies definition for project team members.
  • Regular reporting, Weekly & Monthly Progress reports.
  • Management plans review (Reporting), updates & follow-ups.
  • Preparing regular status reporting to all levels of the organization as well as the own organization. Monitoring the quality of the reports.
  • Gather pertinent information and reports from the PMO stream, WP leaders, PMs, and concerned stakeholders for their integration in the periodical and special reports and presentations.
  • Regular presentations internally or externally.
  • Follow-up of the deliverable’s delivery – Initiate mitigation plan or corrective actions as needed.
  • Follow-up with the design interface management team on open actions until closure.
  • Participate (or coordinate and schedule) meetings with the relevant Task’s Team about topics related to interface between entities for the purpose of integrating the relevant elements to the reporting components. (Preparation, leading and writing of Minutes of Meetings).
  • Internal meetings on specific items & related dashboards based on concerns that will arise during the project.
  • Make sure that relevant information is distributed to the relevant entities.
  • Monitor about deliverables.
  • Support of scope changes.
  • Assist the PMO Manager and PMs in all aspects of coordinating and timely information availability from the project team (site WP, site PMO, Design stakeholders and/or its representative.

Qualifications

  • Diploma in Project/program Management or an equivalent qualification.
  • Experience with Project management according to the PMI methodology (or equivalent) for medium to large projects,
  • Good experience in Software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS project, Primavera P6, Power BI and similar systems.
  • Relevant work experience, ideally in a consultancy environment. Life sciences experience is preferred
  • Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong and demonstrable ability to build lasting relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Highly motivated and driven with a passion for delivering the best work to our
