The Team

The PVH Area Manager Team ensures Area Performance and optimal Clients Experience through transferring best practices to the Stores, supporting Store Managers, cascading and following up HQ/Store processes.

The Position

  • Setting ambitious goals for the Store Managers aligned with PVH’s vision for a high-standard clients’ experience and PVH Retail Strategy

  • Leading and guiding Store Managers to train the sales force focusing on their development and growth so that everyone can make their biggest impact

  • Organizing the workforce planning in order to remain within the budget and maximize the stores’ performance

  • Translating reports and sales analysis into strategy and business plans that will enhance the stores potential and develop new profit-making opportunities

  • Guaranteeing integration and collaboration with stakeholders

  • Building and maintaining strong relations with peers though constant exchange of feedbacks and suggestion of best policies and practices

  • Dealing with staffing issues conducting appraisals and performance reviews

  • Bringing best-in-class experience through new business opportunities, competitors analysis and market research

  • Ensuring high standards for quality, customer service and health and safety are met

  • Maintaining awareness of market trends in the retail industry

  • Understanding forthcoming customer initiatives and monitoring what local competitors are doing

The Ideal Candidate

  • University Degree in Economics or related studies

  • At least 5 years’ experience in similar role within structured environment

  • Highly developed business acumen

  • Ability to take a ‘big picture’ view of a situation

  • Make decision confidently and influence others to agree with you in order to have a positive impact towards achieving the objectives of the organisation

  • Good communication and collaboration skills and abilities

  • Highly detail oriented and organized in work

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet assigned deadlines

  • High level in local language and in oral as well as written English communication
