Key responsibilities

The Client Connectivity Analyst reports to the Head of Connectivity Services and:

  • supports the provision of connectivity services (helping the team within the product life cycle)
  • interacts with other divisions/departments/teams to ensure customer satisfaction;
  • supports the team in designing or improving processes and procedures;
  • supports the team in reaching the ISO 27001/20000 and 22301 certifications for Connectivity Services;
  • supports the team to reach the revenues budget.

Required skills:

  • Master’s Degree preferably in Telecommunications or Electronics Engineering or related topics/equivalent experience;
  • At least 2 years of work experience in information technology with focus, possibly, on connectivity services (experience carriers and/or connectivity providers and/or datacenters is considered a plus);
  • Experience in processes/procedures review
  • Knowledge of ISO 27001/20000 and 22301 certification would be highly appreciated
  • Fluency in both spoken and written English;
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills;
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Package (Word, Power Point, Excel);
  • Excellent team working attitude;
