JOB SCOPE AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

We are looking for a candidate who would work in a dynamic environment. In this position you will work on international Business Intelligence (BI) integration projects with focus on business requirement collection needs and contribute to developing a future proof BI tools to improve data reading and visualization. In close collaboration with different departments (mainly Retail and E-Commerce), you will collaborate for developing new front end solutions (dashboards/reports/app) to accelerate comprehension of EssilorLuxottica business processes and trends.

Ability in working with different teams dedicated to specific business areas with several people is strongly recommended.

Working in BI means not only to generate reports but to understand and explains how metrics, KPIs have to be built and read them to support business and leadership decisions. We need to have someone that could be able to create BI tools and understand main functional aspects to support Business in decisions.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES:

• KPI definitions: understand main company metrics in order to drive and manage functional collection requirements supporting different business partners involved mainly in Retail/E-Commerce segment (Leadership Team, OPS Team, Platform management Team, Adobe Team, IT Team) in monitoring and visualizing (reporting/dashboarding/apps) of their key aspects. Learn the logics behind the Datawarehouse in rule definition and assure the quality of solution delivered
• Reporting/Dashboarding development (SAP WEBI BO): being able to analyze the current reporting landscape adopted by Retail, E-Commerce, departments for achieving two main objectives:
• Collect and understand requirements directly from business parts.
• Design and build new reports oriented to rationalize and simplify the actual daily scheduled processes.
• Functional approach: be able to support the process of requirement collection, design and test it – Data Preparation & Modelling, Data Visualization, Governance Models; strong interaction with training Business Partners

NETWORK OF INTERACTION:

The candidate will work closely with our Finance, E-Commerce, Store Ops team

There will be a continuous relationship with the main controllers around the world.

EXTERNAL : External consultants

TECHNICAL SKILLS – PROFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGE:

• Previous 3-4 years of experience in Dashboarding/Reporting projects and Integration projects
• Previous experience in Finance, Logistic, Retail and Sales environment is considered a plus
• SAP: BI (FRONT-END), WEBI BO
• MS Office: PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Access
• Proactivity and ability to work in team
• Analytical skills and problem solving oriented
• Flexibility and ability to work in complex environment
