Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver engaging Art & Design lessons for students of varying abilities
• Inspire and motivate students to develop their artistic skills and appreciation for art
• Assess and monitor student progress, offering constructive feedback
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere
• Participate in extracurricular activities and school events related to the arts
• Work collaboratively with other departments to integrate arts across the curriculum

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in art & design or a related field
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Proven experience teaching Art & Design
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A genuine passion for teaching and a commitment to student success
