In this role, you will oversee the Upgrades product portfolio for the designated business. Your responsibilities will include managing product strategy (including a 3-year plan), product roadmaps, product lifecycle, product sales growth, and profitability.This position is ideally based at TP Processing Systems A/S in Arhus, Denmark, but can also be based in Lund, Sweden. For highly suitable candidates, other Tetra Pak Processing locations within the EMEA time zone may be considered.What you will do

  • Lead the category potential analysis for Ice Cream Upgrades to understand the service opportunity for the different components of the portfolio. Translate the customer voice into the product value proposition.
  • Collect Customer Solution Needs, in collaboration with Services Portfolio and Market, and translate CSN’s into product development needs.
  • Participate in Upgrades product development, together with our development partners and deliver the product releases according to the agreed roadmap.
  • Lead life cycle management for the assigned product portfolio and decide on the product portfolio strategy, based on the product business performance measures.
  • Lead the product deployment in markets and drive product business plans, in close collaboration with Services Portfolio, Market Operations and Upgrades product specialists. Establish and monitor product key performance measures
  • Lead the definition of clear commercial guidelines and framework, i.e. pricing guidelines, commercial terms, legal agreements etc, in accordance with services product portfolio guidelines. Ensure that promotion, sales material, technical documentation and product plans are in place
  • Lead monitoring and analysis of the delivery success, quality of the service products, business intelligence, industry trends and technology roadmaps and drive actions to secure a competitive service offering
  • Support Market Operations to sell the respective service category assortment/offering. Initiate product promotion and product sales competence development activities

We believe you have

  • University degree in Engineering, Marketing, or equivalent
  • Background in both engineering and sales
  • Competence in Ice Cream Processing technology and a background in Food Processing is a strong merit
  • Product management experience
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent English skills, both written and spoken

You have a strong drive for results and a solid business understanding, combined with a structured way of working.
