About the role:
In this role, you are responsible for an efficient short and long-term planning of Inbound, Outbound and Production orders. You will need to take into account customer forecast volumes, customer priorities, warehouse capacity, warehouse operation constraints and the availability of staff. Next to this, pro-active stock management is used to optimize the output in the warehouse product flow in a highly automated warehousing environment. One of the main activities is stock management in SAP EWM (S4).
 
Your responsibilities include:

-Analyze the Inbound, Outbound and production forecast information of several BSC entities with internal planning, forecast tools and reports.
-Deliver and present different order processing and staff planning (on a quarterly/weekly /daily basis) with all involved departments.
-You analyze past actions and decisions to achieve better long-term manpower forecasting
-Support monthly summary scorecard reports along with tracking metrics.
-Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Planning and Administration processes.
-Proactively solve supply chain problems of varying scope and complexity.
-Lead improvement end to end projects based on DMAIC (lean six sigma)
-Execute processes and practices in compliance with BSC quality compliance directives. 
 
What we are looking for:

-Education level: Bachelor level and requires 3-5 years related experience in production scheduling, distribution, inventory planning and product flow in a highly automated environment.
-Excellent communication skills
-Result driven
-Excellent analytical problem-solving skills
-Adaptable (work in changing environment)
-Excellent planning / organizational skills
-Ability to Work Under Pressure
-Highly skilled in SAP and Excel
-Experience with Access / ClickView / Tableau is a pre.
-Continuous improvement attitude
