The position 

As a Quality Assurance Partner at Corporate Facilities, you will lead strategic quality projects and initiatives across CVP area, drive reporting and conduct and quality management reviews, while liaising with and advising senior stakeholders, to ensure alignment and effective communication.  

Your main responsibilities will be too:  

-Review, optimise and strengthen quality processes and systems across business area 

-Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements through standardisation, digitalisation, and simplification of processes and procedures 

-Act as QRP (Quality Responsible Person), and drive reporting on behalf of business area 

-Provide training and support for quality processes within the Quality Management System (QMS) 

-Monitor and evaluate the quality of processes or outputs against defined internal or regulatory standards and report on process deviations and defects 

This position is based in our headquarter in Bagsvaerd, with regular travels to our other sites in Denmark.  

Qualifications 

To succeed in this role, you hold a degree in a relevant field such as Quality Management, Facility management, Engineering, or Life Sciences, and have at least 5 years of experience in quality management or a related field, ideally in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry. 

An ideal candidate can bring the following qualifications to our team:  

-Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality standards.  

-Well-founded and experienced in Lean methodologies 

-Experience in conducting audits and quality reviews and reporting 

-Preferably, experience with digitalisation and standardisation of quality processes 

-Familiarity with Quality Management Systems (QMS) as an advantage 

-Professional proficiency in English language and at least working proficiency in Danish 

-Experienced in liaising and communicating across management levels, including C-level.  

On a personal level, you possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and you are an expert in communication, negotiation and stakeholder management. Additionally, you have the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously and independently, demonstrating strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

CFa Strategy is part of Corporate Facilities with around 350 colleagues from countless professional fields make up Corporate Facilities, which is anchored in the area Finance, Legal and Global Solutions.
