Seeking enthusiastic teachers with a heart for Christian education! Christ Church International School is now accepting applications for a primary school Lead Teacher to start in January 2025.

Our school is a Christ-centred school with approximately 100 students (Preschool – Year 6) that was designed to serve the missionary community in Arusha, Tanzania. We are located in the foothills of majestic Mount Meru with access to the natural wonders of several of Tanzania’s wildlife parks and Mount Kilimanjaro.

We are looking for experienced teachers who are:

• Passionate about teaching children from around the world
• Eager to collaborate with teachers, staff, parents, and local communities to create a holistic Christian education which supports children to thrive academically and spiritually

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in education with certification or licensure to teach primary school
• Servant heart, an attitude of grace, committed to supporting a loving school culture
• Commitment to building and supporting a multicultural community
• Flexible and adaptable
