​Job Title: Clinical Project ManagerCompany: Non-for-profit OrganizationLocation: Hybrid in Brussels (1 day a week in the office)Salary: up to €4200 per month depending on experience (13.92 months)RBW Consulting are proud to be partnered with a non-for-profit organization representing the largest network of academic groups dedicated to their area of drug development.They are looking for a Clinical Project Manager to join their company which is described as friendly, flexible, and fantastic for learning.Responsibilities:Serve as main study contact for operational activities for the companyCoordinate company operational responsibilities for assigned clinical trials, including, but not limited to:Conduct of group / site feasibility surveysSet up and coordination of study governance committees, and working groups, including related documentationDevelopment and follow up on study contracts and budgets in collaboration with the company Legal and Finance departmentsPrepare, manage and follow-up on internal and external study related meetings (including taking minutes)Lead internal and external discussions related to operational activities of assigned studiesPrepare and/or review study documents and communicationsAssist in preparation and follow-up of study related grants if neededContribute to other scientific operations activities as neededEnsure that company principles and processes are adhered to, under the guidance of Project Management Leaders/Research Operations DirectorKeep oversight on assigned projects, report progress and resolve or escalate issues as requiredMaintain company study / program files and assist with administrative tasks as neededIdeal Background:Academic degreeExperience in clinical trials for drug developmentGood knowledge of ICH/GCP guidelines and methodologiesEnglish speakingAdvantages:Multi-cultural and international working environmentTeleworking and flexible working hours30 days of holiday per yearCompetitive annual salary on 13.92 monthsEco vouchers – annual net value of 250 EUR/Year for full year full time from July to JuneMobile phone and computer according to internal policy (Benefit in kind will apply if private use as per the legislation)Hospitalization insurance at employer charge only for the employeeIntervention public / private transportLuncheon vouchers – Face value EUR 8,00 – employee contribution: EUR 1,09 per working dayTo apply:If you would like to discuss this vacancy further or to discuss your career options in confidence, please e-mail at [email protected].Please click ‘apply’ or contact Joe Pearce for any further informationAbout RBW Consulting:RBW Consulting is a life sciences talent & strategic consultancy with purpose, delivered through what we call Human Intelligence.
