Your new role

  • Design and implement software architectures for automotive systems, focusing on scalability, reliability, and performance.
  • Collaborate with a cross-functional team, including hardware engineers, software developers, and project managers, to define system requirements and specifications.
  • Lead the technical design process, including the creation of architectural diagrams, documentation, and design reviews.
  • Work in accordance with the ASPICE process standard.
  • Assess and select suitable technologies, tools, and frameworks to achieve project objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, including safety and cybersecurity requirements.
  • Mentor and support junior engineers, providing technical leadership.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.

What you’ll need to succeed

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience as a Software Architect, ideally within the automotive sector.
  • In-depth understanding of software development methodologies, design patterns, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as C/C++, Python, or Java.
  • Knowledge of Cloud Architecture for AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Expertise in System Architecture AUTOSAR.
  • Experience with agile development tools like Codebeamer, Jira, and Confluence.
  • Familiarity with embedded systems and real-time operating systems (RTOS).
  • Understanding of functional safety standards ISO 26262 and cybersecurity.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Polish, along with strong teamwork abilities.
