Salary: £60,000 per annum + Commission (Yr1 OTE 40k)About Us: Join our client a leading Clinical Research Organisation (CRO) based in the heart of London, who are at the forefront of medical innovation, working with top pharmaceutical and biotech companies to bring life-changing treatments to market.The Role: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to drive our growth in the clinical research sector. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and leading strategic initiatives that expand our market presence.Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the clinical research sector.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions for clients.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business development, preferably within the clinical research or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong understanding of the CRO landscape and clinical trials process.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
