Your new role – why is this a great opportunity?

As a part of our team, you will be responsible for supporting all VAT reporting processes across Accounting to Reporting function. This role will help you to receive the necessary skills and experience to become a natural candidate or a permanent role in A2R team later on.

Additionally, you will be:

-Supporting VAT reporting for Lundbeck Group.

-Supporting Business Areas / Headquarters in daily tax and accounting tasks

-Supporting with preparing of Internal Controls (Compensating, BS reconciliation Matrix etc.)

-Various ad hoc supporting duties to assist with all areas of our accounting department

-Supporting in data collections regarding GBS projects  

 

Your future team

As our VAT Intern, you will be part of VAT Center of Excellence Team who consists of around 4 people.

VAT Center of Excellence Team is part of A2R department that is responsible for accounting and group, statutory and tax reporting processes delivered to over 50 entities around the world.

  

What you bring to the team

-Currently studying finance / accounting field of study (at least 3rd year bachelor’s or master’s degree student)

-Preferably member of university forum or with experience in the university international exchange programs

-English – at least B2 level is a must (another European language is welcomed)

-Interest to gain experience in Tax

-Availability of minimum 35 hours per week 

-Good analytical skills

-Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel

-Strong engagement and focus on achieving goals

-Proactive attitude towards challenges and problems

-Time management and prioritizing skills

-Communication skills

-Team player
