The Position

We are looking for a new colleague to join our Environmental monitoring team!  We are responsible for controlled and classified production areas – a job that involves working in a dynamic environment at the world’s largest insulin factory.

We are currently working on several optimization projects, and we wish for more automated solutions which opens lots of exciting possibilities.

Your main tasks will include:
•    Playing a key role in leading initiatives to drive EM process improvements, as well as leading systematic problem-solving, and being involved in projects and tasks in process groups.
•    Driving and contributing to the optimization of our processes in close collaboration with other departments in the factory. This involves being creative and challenging the status quo.
•    Supporting the production and operators in resolving challenges they encounter in their daily work.
•    Controlling and correcting any trends in the internal environment, including the preparation of trend reports.
•    Handling deviations to ensure ongoing updating of instructions and procedures, to comply with current Good Manufacturing Practice Description (GMP) requirements and established manufacturing procedures.

Additionally, you will have the opportunity to participate in specialist groups across the organization, further expanding your knowledge and expertise.

Qualifications

The qualifications we value include:

•    A bachelor’s or master’s degree in natural sciences, microbiology, engineering, or a related field.
•    Displaying a natural sense of ownership and an ability to navigate complex tasks.
•    As the position is very interdisciplinary having experience in at least one of the following would be considered advantageous: cleanrooms, HVAC systems, microbiology, engineering, and validation.
•    Working proficiency in English and willingness to study Danish.

You have a solid understanding of microbiology, engineering or relevant process knowledge and it comes naturally for you to set direction in your daily work. As a person, you are motivated by working in a dynamic and developing environment, where there is a constant focus on improving. You have a constructive approach to problem-solving and focus on finding sustainable solutions together with your colleagues.
