Job description
A Production Supervisor is required to effectively manage and lead the Engineering and Manufacturing team. The successful candidate will ensure the smooth and efficient operations of all manufacturing processes.
- Oversee daily manufacturing operations
- Develop and implement manufacturing plans and schedules
- Ensure that all manufacturing processes are compliant with health and safety regulations
- Inspire, motivate and lead a team of engineers and manufacturing workers
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency
- Collaborate with other departments to meet company goals
- Address any issues that may affect manufacturing operations
- Report to senior management on progress and any issues
The opportunity to work within a manufacturing workshop|The opportunity to lead a team of 50 peopleA successful Production Supervisor should have:
- An educational background in Engineering or a related field (at least a bachelor)
- Previous experience in a leadership role within the manufacturing industry (electromechanical is preferred)
- The ability to lead and motivate a team
- Ability to communicate in English
