Our ideal candidate is proactive, outgoing and a real people person, with strong negotiation and relationship building skills.What you will own and manage in your day-to-day work at Wilhelmsen:You will be responsible to reduce aged and current debt for your own customer portfolioDevelop and maintain effective and constructive relationships with customers to achieve the best credit results possibleProactive follow up with customers via outbound customer contacts to negotiate payment on outstanding amounts and resolve outstanding payment issuesBuild and maintain good working relations within the team and colleagues across the globeTo be familiar and to act in accordance with all applicable credit processes and policiesThis role is a perfect challenge for you if you have:Relevant 2-3 years of working experience and a bachelor or similar degree in economics or financeFluent in English – both writing and speakingExcellent interacting, negotiation and communicating skillsA proactive, motivated, and positive attitude, with the ability to easily adapt to business changes and learn new processes quicklyComputer literate (experience in the system environment), strong Excel skillsSounds interesting?
