We hire for growth and longevity because we value the happiness and well-being of our employees.THE ROLEAs SEA Team Lead, you are fully responsible for the performance and execution of all our campaigns within the company and you are responsible for maintaining, expanding, analyzing and optimizing them. You work within a team of 6 full time SEA Specialists that report to you. You are commercially driven and strategically strong.Our customers are worldwide and the campaigns are designed for that. Automation and scalability are important in our current strategy. You know how to find new customers, but also how CPA and lifetime value relate to each other. You work together with marketing colleagues, product and development colleagues. An important part of the role is also communication; you know how to bring your thoughts and ideas forward in the company and act as evangelist on SEA.THE KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create annual and quarterly roadmaps to drive our business to the next level.
  • Scale the business and PPC team
  • Be an essential part of further growth and are responsible for all our accounts worldwide
  • Direct point of contact for executive leadership regarding all Paid Search related activities
  • Analyze and optimize the campaigns with new services, pages and keywords and providing the necessary test experiments in daily work
  • Collaborate with colleagues, partners and external parties in the field of SEO, data, development, conversion optimisation and display
  • Involvement in other disciplines such as SEO and conversion optimization

THE MUST-HAVES

  • Experience working with large budgets and are able to use this professionally.
  • Focus on new opportunities through research
  • 6+ years of experience as a senior PPC Specialist or Digital marketing manager with PPC focus, preferably for international organizations
  • Previous experience leading other (performance marketing) teams, preferably in Paid Search
  • Proficiency in managing moderate to large scale PPC accounts in various languages
  • Experience in Display advertising and or Paid Social marketing is preferred
  • Product feeds, scripts, automatic campaign creation and automatic bidding strategies are well known to you
  • Extensive knowledge of online marketing and you are aware of the latest developments in PPC.
  • Result driven and have strong analytical skills
  • Integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation
  • Strong communication skills, strong in English, preferably also 1 other language
  • Ability to recognize and work on the real important stuff
