Above all Ferrari is an international team working with the highest level of professionalism and dedication, based on performance, meritocracy and continuous development, with innovation at the heart of our future.In order to strengthen our legal team we are looking to hire a Corporate Legal Counsel based in Maranello (Italy).To this role will be assigned responsibility for Italian corporate matters and assistance to the Group’s corporate secretary. In particular, it will be required the drafting of the ordinary and extraordinary corporate minutes of the Italian companies of the Group, the management of the related electronic filings with the relevant Chambers of Commerce (including the filings related to the corporate offices and the annual and consolidated financial statements), the update of the relevant company books (including the shareholders’ books, the books of the shareholders’ meetings, the books of the boards of directors and the books of the boards of statutory auditors), the coordination with public notary’s offices for certain corporate matters (including the certified translations of the financial statements, the assignment of shareholdings, the withdrawals and the exclusions), the management of the opening, amendments and/or closures of branches, the anti-money laundering notifications to the competent authorities, with particular respect to corporate changes, as well as the electronic filings of 6-k Forms with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
As Corporate Legal Counsel, he/she will report to the Corporate Affair Senior Legal Counsel within the Legal and Corporate Affairs Department of the Ferrari Group at the Maranello offices.Required profile:
A five-year degree in law is required for this role, preferably obtained with a thesis in corporate law, and an experience of at least 3-4 years in corporate law matters at a leading Italian or international law firm and at the legal and corporate affairs department of a leading Italian or international company.It is also required high soft skills, confident humility, high ability to concentrate, proactivity, skills of synthesis and clarity in both verbal and written communication, strong problem-solving skills, ability to work independently and under pressure.
