As a Multichannel Customer Engagement (MCE) specialist in Finland, you would join a highly dynamic Customer Excellence team responsible of driving the innovation, development and implementation of our digital marketing and Multichannel Customer Engagement roadmap. About the Department

Novo Nordisk Finnish affiliate is a professional, +70 people organization, roughly half of whom are field based. Our office is located in Leppävaara, Espoo. Our work centres around driving change towards better patient outcomes in Diabetes, Obesity and other chronic illnesses.

The Position

As an MCE Specialist, you will be working very closely with other marketing professionals to develop and operate customer journeys for health care professionals.

In this role you will:

-Assume ownership, development and content management of the Health Care Professional (HCP) portal, which is one of the main development platforms for bringing our customer journeys to the next level.
-Contribute both to the technical development of the above-mentioned sites, as well as ensure innovative content creation.
 

You are expected to have a keen interest in future opportunities in multichannel marketing, customer experience and scout new innovative ideas to improve customer engagement in our digital marketing channels. Some of these ideas are expected to turn into development projects that you will be managing.

Qualifications

While you might already have work experience in similar role, and are ready to take more independent responsibilities, we can also invite recent graduate to the team and provide more support to get your career a strong start.

-Have a dynamic working style and work at ease in a cross-functional setting with multiple stakeholders.
-Work in a structured way and have a highly positive and keen interest in developing digital marketing channels and related project management. High level IT skills are necessary.
-Have analytical skills and keen mindset to measure success and optimise the output by utilising and combining the data from different sources.
-Have a Master’s Degree in marketing, IT, business or similar, and any additional related professional qualifications would be desirable.
-Fluent in Finnish and proficient English skills spoken and written
